We are looking to appoint a caretaker to assist our site manager to maintain our school buildings and grounds. We are looking for a real team player with a passion for ensuring that the grounds and buildings are clean and safe for our amazing children and school community

 

Role Purpose

The post holder will carry out a variety of different duties. You will be responsible for the maintenance, security, heating and safety of the school and its grounds ensuring that a safe secure clean welcoming and stimulating environment is provided for the staff, children and visitors to Grange School at all times ensuring security and compliance with health and safety. Your overall responsibilities will be to support the Headteacher, School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team. The working pattern is negotiable to suit the needs of the school but will include the locking up and/or opening of the premises

Grange school is an all age special school for pupils aged 4 - 19 years who have autism and complex learning difficulties. Grange School is part of The Prospere Learning Trust.  Prospere Learning Trust was formed in September 2017 through the merger of two multi academy trusts.
