At Pioneer House High School we continually strive to improve and develop in everything we do. Central to this philosophy is the importance of seeking and responding to feedback, and in addition ensuring that we respond to any complaints effectively.
 
If you do have feedback, positive or negative, about any aspect of our school please contact us by telephone and our admin team will ensure you speak to the appropriate member of staff.
 
Any complaints must be addressed for the attention of the Headteacher, Mrs Adele Cox, in the first instance.
