Mental Health and Well-being

At Prospect House, we have used the ‘5 ways to well-being’ framework for our approach to Mental Health and Emotional Well-being.

This Comprises of:

  • Be Mindful
  • Connect
  • Get Active
  • Keep Learning
  • Give to Others

We consider all these elements each and every day but in addition to this we have developed ‘Well-being Wednesday’ where we promote the participation of well-being activities.  Below you will find resources and links to websites that will help with your child’s, and your own, mental health and emotional well-being.
